September Cycling

I upped my riding towards the end of September to prepare for the MS-Ride 150 ride which is less than 2-weeks away.

I did go for a 30+ mile ride on September 30th which I haven’t synced yet so total miles for the month are closer to 330 which puts me over 1,200 for the year. I’m hoping to put in another 100 miles this week, followed by 50 miles at the beginning of next week.

Then next Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be full of ice baths, stretching and ART Therapy. Can’t wait to tackle another century!

MS-Ride (Oct 22-23)

MS Ride

The MS-Ride is a group of bikers committed to raising money and awareness for MS. I’ve done the ride the last 4-years and its one of my favorite events. The ride takes place over 2-days with the option of riding 100 or 150-miles. The first two years we did the 150 and then switched to the 100.

My goal this year is to go back to 150-miles as finishing a century in 1-day is an extremely satisfying experience.
